Atlantic City, New Jersey – The Professional Fighters League, the fastest growing and most innovative sports league, continued their exciting 2021 season with PFL 3, which took place inside the PFL regular season bubble at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
PFL 3, which featured the best heavyweights and women’s lightweight fighters, saw Brazilian up-and-comer Renan “Problema” Ferreira pull off a stunning upset with a KO victory against heavyweight icon Fabricio Werdum, while 2019 PFL Women’s Lightweight Champion Kayla Harrison continued her dominant run with a TKO win over Mariana Morais.
Also on the card, heavyweight prospects clashed, with Brandon Sayles submitting Mohammed Usman in the second round.
Additionally, the night also saw a pair of record-breaking performances, as Bruno Cappelozza needed just 46 seconds to knock out Ante Delija, while Larissa Pacheco finished off Julija Pajic by TKO in just 51 seconds.
