In one of the most significant distribution shifts in UFC history, Paramount—now a Skydance Corporation—has officially partnered with the world’s premier MMA organization to bring fans unprecedented access to live UFC action. Beginning in 2026, Paramount+ becomes the exclusive home of all UFC events in the U.S. and Latin America, eliminating traditional pay-per-view costs for numbered events and UFC Fight Nights.
The partnership kicks off with a seismic debut: UFC 324, live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, January 24, headlined by two blockbuster championship fights and stacked with current and former champions across the card. Dana White announced the news in a Thanksgiving Day feature on CBS and Paramount+.
Gaethje vs. Pimblett: Interim Lightweight Gold on the Line
The main event delivers a massive clash of lightweight superstars as former interim lightweight champion and ex-BMF titleholder Justin Gaethje collides with global fan favorite Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett for the interim UFC lightweight championship.
For Gaethje, this is a familiar battlefield—another chance to reclaim gold in one of the UFC’s most violent divisions. For Pimblett, this is the meteoric moment his fan base has long predicted: a prime-time stage and a shot at championship legitimacy. The winner earns a date later in the year with reigning lightweight champion Ilia Topuria, live on Paramount+.
Harrison vs. Nunes: The Biggest Women’s Fight in MMA History
The co-main event presents a matchup fans once believed might never happen. Undisputed bantamweight queen Kayla Harrison defends her UFC title against the returning icon Amanda Nunes, widely considered the greatest female fighter of all time. Nunes steps back into the Octagon for the first time since 2023, aiming to reclaim her throne and spoil Harrison’s growing G.O.A.T chatter.
Dana White didn’t hesitate to promote the magnitude, calling it “definitely the biggest women’s fight ever.”
A New Era for UFC Fans: No More PPV
For the first time, fans in the U.S. and Latin America can watch every numbered UFC event and all Fight Nights with zero pay-per-view charge—all included in a standard Paramount+ subscription. Paramount is supporting the launch with a massive 360° marketing blitz spanning CBS, Paramount+, cable networks, theaters, outdoor media, digital and social platforms.
Cindy Holland, Paramount’s Chair of Direct-To-Consumer, underscored the ambition:
“Every division of Paramount is working in concert to ensure maximum visibility and unparalleled accessibility—making Paramount+ the definitive home of UFC.”
