In the latest episode of Inside The Knockout, Professional Fighters League will provide MMA fans the opportunity to relive one of the fastest knockouts in league history, Sadibou Sy’s leg kick KO of eventual PFL welterweight runner up David Michaud just 17 seconds into the first round. The quick victory served as a catalyst for Sy’s run to the PFL playoffs and set the league and industry on notice. The win also caught the attention of NFL star Todd Gurley, who met up with Sy for an MMA-inspired workout following the big win.
Inside The Knockout is a weekly series telling the story behind the best knockouts from the PFL 2018 and 2019 season’s through new angles and broadcast audio never heard before. The series premiere featured a look at PFL welterweight champion Ray Cooper III’s playoff knockout of Chris Curtis, a strike that sent him to the PFL Championship. Following episodes have featured Movlid Khaybulaev, Emiliano Sordi and PFL welterweight champion Ray Cooper III.

Thursday night, the Professional Fighters League will air the sixth installment of Run it Back. Relive the PFL 2018 & 2019 seasons through the eyes of the league’s top fighters. Each weekly episode features full fights with a fresh perspective through fighter interviews, never before seen highlights, and enhanced storytelling of these monumental moments.
This week’s episode features a look back at the PFL debut of Canadian MMA trailblazer Sarah Kaufman. Sarah entered the 2019 PFL season as the most seasoned fighter in MMA’s first-ever women’s lightweight division and the favorite to meet Kayla Harrison in the championship. She did not disappoint at PFL 1, earning a first-round submission win by arm triangle over Morgan Frier. The win improved her career record to 21-4-0, 1 no contest, and the six points catapulted her to atop the division standings.

The Professional Fighters League launched a new weekly MMA original content series, MMA at Home, powered by Geico. Every Friday at Noon ET, PFL president and combat sports veteran Ray Sefo will introduce a foundational move in MMA and a PFL fighter who excels at it. They will then challenge fans at home to replicate the move for a chance to win PFL swag.
This week’s episode features back-to-back PFL lightweight champion Natan Schulte demonstrating his patented leg kick. Just 27 years of age, Schulte has yet to lose a fight with the PFL and has a career record of 20-3. His last victory, a championship win over Tajikistan’s Loik Radzhabov, is considered one of the best MMA fights of 2019.
