THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER RETURNS FOR SEASON 34, DEBUTING IN 2026 ON PARAMOUNT+
Las Vegas – UFC® and Paramount announced today the return of The Ultimate Fighter, with Season 34 set to debut in 2026, exclusively on Paramount+. The upcoming installment marks the first brand-new season of the iconic reality competition series to premiere on the streaming platform.
The Ultimate Fighter 34 (TUF 34) will showcase top prospects from two of the sport’s most talent-rich divisions: men’s bantamweight (135 pounds) and women’s strawweight (115 pounds). Remote casting is officially open now and will run through Friday, March 27, giving aspiring fighters around the world an opportunity to compete for a coveted spot on the show.
All casting for TUF 34 will be conducted remotely, with no in-person tryouts required. Applications are available for download at ufc.ac/tufapplication, and finalists will be selected by April 3, 2026. Team coaches for the season will be announced at a later date.
Produced by Lionsgate Alternative Television, The Ultimate Fighter has long served as a launching pad for MMA’s elite, introducing generations of fans to the UFC and helping shape the careers of future champions and stars. Notable alumni include Kamaru Usman, Tony Ferguson, T.J.
