ANAHEIM, CA – Fight week reached a fever pitch yesterday as Jake “El Gallo de Dorado” Paul and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. took center stage at the House of Blues in Anaheim, California for an action-packed open workout, offering fans and media a live glimpse into their preparation ahead of Saturday’s highly anticipated showdown.

The open workout, hosted by Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and Golden Boy, spotlighted fighters from both the main and preliminary cards of the Paul vs. Chavez Jr. event, which airs live around the world on DAZN pay-per-view this Saturday, June 28, from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

Paul (11-1, 7 KOs), the global influencer turned serious boxing contender, was all smiles as he showcased sharp combinations and focused intensity in the ring. His opponent, Mexico’s former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (54-6-1, 34 KOs), looked equally dialed-in, bringing decades of elite boxing experience and Mexican fighting pride to the event.

Joining the headliners were major names from across the card, including a co-main event clash between Golden Boy’s Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez (47-1, 30 KOs), the unified WBO & WBA cruiserweight champion, and Yuniel Dorticós (27-2, 25 KOs), Cuba’s powerful former unified cruiserweight titleholder.
