MIAMI, FL — December 4, 2025 — Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) and Netflix have officially added a major new matchup to the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua “Judgment Day” main card. U.S. Olympian, amateur world champion, and 10-time U.S. national champion Jahmal Harvey (1-0, 1 KO) will face undefeated power-puncher Kevin Cervantes (5-0, 5 KOs) in a 6-round super featherweight showdown to open the main card on Friday, December 19—live exclusively on Netflix.
The announcement arrives alongside the full Miami Fight Week schedule, with three major fan-friendly events at iconic Miami Beach venues, all free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
Harvey vs. Cervantes: Two Blue-Chip Prospects Collide
Harvey made waves with a statement knockout in his August pro debut, and now steps into the global spotlight on one of the biggest combat sports stages of the year.
“I’m looking to seize the moment and make a big statement,” Harvey said.
“Being on the main card of Jake vs. Joshua is a massive platform to introduce Jahmal Harvey to the world.”
Cervantes, meanwhile, arrives with a perfect KO streak and a relentless, pressure-first style inspired by Roberto Durán. Trained by Oscar Negrete and managed by Rob Suarez, the 25-year-old enters Miami riding a September first-round TKO.
The matchup pits one of the most decorated U.S. amateurs in decades against one of boxing’s most dangerous young brawlers—an undeniable tone-setter for the night.
